I did a little baking
recently
I've always wanted to try these
so one day I did
little wafers 
you put them in a little cup and press them in
but really fast, as they crisp up immediately and then break
and then you have to eat the broken ones
a little lemon cream filling, very tasty
and not meant to last too long, which they don't anyway


and then there's Linda's birthday surprise 

Boccone Dolce

whipping the egg whites for a nice meringue
pipe into circles for individual servings
bake 4 hours at 200˙, they'll keep in a tin for awhile
you melt some chocolate and spread it over the meringue
I let mine get a little too hot in the double boiler so
it was a little difficult to spread
whip some cream, slice up some berries and start layering
oh, and don't forget to drizzle melted chocolate on the top
you're how old?
you were suppose to use white chocolate
to dip the strawberries in but I didn't have any
oh my, it was delicious, sweet and oh so decadent
