| you put them in a little cup and press them in |
| but really fast, as they crisp up immediately and then break and then you have to eat the broken ones |
| a little lemon cream filling, very tasty and not meant to last too long, which they don't anyway and then there's Linda's birthday surpriseBoccone Dolce |
| whipping the egg whites for a nice meringue |
| pipe into circles for individual servings |
| bake 4 hours at 200˙, they'll keep in a tin for awhile |
| you melt some chocolate and spread it over the meringue I let mine get a little too hot in the double boiler so it was a little difficult to spread |
| whip some cream, slice up some berries and start layering |
| oh, and don't forget to drizzle melted chocolate on the top |
| you're how old? you were suppose to use white chocolate to dip the strawberries in but I didn't have any |
| oh my, it was delicious, sweet and oh so decadent |
